Why should you get involved?
If you care about your child's school, family, your community or just meeting other parents, grandparents or neighbors, then become a member of this wonderful organization. It gives you a great feeling to be a part of the Republic PTO and we sure do have a lot of fun!
How is Money Raised and Spent?
Our annual Mum Sale and Basket Auction are our biggest money raisers. We also raise money from our membership drive. All money generated from these efforts finds itself reinvested in our schools through things such as playground equipment, picnic tables, scholarships and building improvements, to name a few.
Ways to contact PTO and stay informed:
Please come to our general meeting in September at McCulloch Elementary. We are also opening the last 15 minutes of our Board meetings for discussion. These are held at Republic Community Center on the first Monday of every month from 6:00 - 7:00pm. Open forum will be from 6:45 - 7:00 if you have questions or comments. We also have an email list you can get on as well as a Facebook page that will give you updated information. Of course, we will also be sending notes home with your child.
